Once you get the door panel off take the front speaker housing out as well. Unbolt the glass from the track (might have to roll the window up and down to get in the right position). Once the glass is loose roll the window (track) down but pull the glass up to the top and have someone hold it there. Then you can look in and see where all the bolts are for the motor track. Unbolt everything and pull the whole assembly out the speaker hole area. Once out of the door you can see screws that hold the motor to the track. Just swap the motors and put it back together. Might want to regrease the window track while you have it out as well.
